Asian Zen Design for Interior Decor

Japan, Thailand, China, Sri Lanka and more Southeast Asian countries are well known for its zen-minimalist decor, where ”less is more.” Natural elements from bamboo, stone, various wood and ‘earthy’ colours help create a calm and serene environment. Many people wonder how to create this atmosphere within their homes. Today, I will be sharing some awesome ideas for zen decor and offering simple tips to implementing it in your interior design.

The zen design offers peace and tranquility, excellent for those looking to wind down after returning home from a tiring day at work. A zen interior transforms your rooms into an oasis of warmth and meditation. In particular, bathrooms should be the central place to cleanse and relax your mind. Here are a few well designed zen-themed bathrooms.

Keep in mind that if you’d like to remodel your bathrooms, it is a very technical area of the house, similar to remodelling kitchens, and require very specific technicalities and materials. The advice of a professional will help you avoid making mistakes that can be very costly in the end.

Onto zen accents and decors. Rely on a few select pieces with subdued tones, preferably made of organic materials like wood, stone or ceramic. Blending pieces with simple geometric shapes with irregular natural shapes is a good way to create contrast.

Also the modern prints on a canvas are ideal solution for wall decor not only for bedrooms or living rooms but also for your bathroom as well. Remember that the original oil or acrylic paintings are not suitable for bathrooms cause may get moisture and destroy the painting. On the other hand, if you are living in a sunny state with the temperature always over 20 degrees and with less rainfalls during the year, you can get some ideas from balinese architecture and design like below.

Don’t afraid to be creative and use many plants and bamboo materials that will offer different sence and chilling vibes to your home.

Hi there terrific blog! Does running a blog such as
this take a large amount of work? I’ve very little
understanding of computer programming however I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyways, if you have any suggestions or tips
for new blog owners please share. I know this is off topic nevertheless I simply had to ask.

Many thanks!

P.S. If you have a minute, would love your feedback on my new website
re-design. You can find it by searching for «royal cbd» —
no sweat if you can’t.

Keep up the good work!

    Hi Callum,

    thanks for your kind words!
At the begging every blog needs lots of time to be devoted.
From technical side, first you need to decide if you gonna use WordPress or other alternative platform, then to ‘dress’ it up, install necessary plugins and keep it run smoothly. Afterwards it’s easier but you have to post often and grow your engagement via social.
The website you linked, is just fine although a minor facelift is suggested. Remember, the most important is the speed and the google ranking.

Keep up with your out of stock products and if you need help building a wordpress blog let us know.

    Best regards,

    Dee
