FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping with Air Mail Post for most of our products. Unfortunately, sometimes for specific products and countries, we are not able to ship free therefore we have to add the shipping costs extra.

*Please note that the Exclusive Art and some other products does not include free shipping service.

SHIPPING TO OVER 150 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

SHIPPING TIME

We do our best to provide you the most economic and reliable shipping service. We use Air Mail Post, EMS, USPS and several premium couriers, but sometimes, international delivery is highly depended on the local customs. As our artwork is located in Asia, in countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and China please note that it may take some time to arrive to your door. Kindly notice, that with every good thing in our lives we have to be patient.

Please always refer to the content table with the estimated period of delivery before placing you order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
